About Me

I was an exhausted mother of two.

I worked full time, never slept through the night, and always grabbed food on the go. My gas tank wasn’t just low; it operated on fumes.

I was always tired.

I wanted to feel better, but back then, I didn’t really know what to do.

Once in awhile, I’d try a new “healthy” diet, but I’d typically

fail by the third day because I couldn’t stick with it.

It wasn’t until I decided to take small

steps that I began to feel better.
