When my youngest daughter was in first grade, she had debilitating anxiety. For years, I scoured the internet looking for ways to help her, support her, teach her. Give her coping skills that she would need as an adult. (Heck, I was looking for ways to support ME because supporting her wasn’t easy.) Years later, both my daughters became riddled with anxiety in high school. Again, I went down lots of rabbit holes. I’ve learned a lot.
If you or someone you know struggles with any of these concerns, subscribe below for weekly emails, where I’ll write about food-mood connections. I’ve been in the trenches as a witness, advocate, and supporter for many people I love with anxiety and depression, and I have lots of empathy for the ADD, ADHD, and Autism diagnoses. I’m here for you!
